Overview
Susquehanna International Group is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Operations Technology team which is responsible for the development of systems and processes used to manage our post-trade business activity.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage the roadmap of large, long-term projects within our Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, along with milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate with our trading, business, and engineering teams
- Approach initiatives that span new software delivery and enhancements to our existing systems
- Ensure internal stakeholders and external resources are kept updated as you manage projects and deliverables within the most efficient timeline

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services
- Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows
- Eagerness to learn and a strong ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in a technical concentration is a plus
- Ability to work in our Bala Cynwyd office 5 days per week
